your httpd.conf says pocess .phtml with Embperl, for .fpl and .epl Embperl and Apache::Registry are configured....   and you have a .html file, for which you do not defined any handler. So rename your file to index.phtml and t should work   Gerald   P.S. I have successfully installed all these packages. But while executing my html file(perl script is embeded inside this .html file) I am not getting the executed html output... Instead the embeded perl is displaying as such without execution... All the .html files exists under my Document Root directory.
