I think the univstep hal files have gotten out of sync. 
univstep_load.hal doesn't load two of the HAL components that 
are used by univstep_io.hal.  I will need to get an up-to-date
system here to test it on.  I was waiting for a possible fix on 
the spindle not starting with run from line, to do some testing,
but I'll try to do this in the next day or so.
