Our recent attempt to have one cover page and have the title in a variable has
an
undocumented feature that causes the html to pick up the title as a literal and
display \usebox{\titleadd} as the title on the tab. Also it displays this above
the cover
picture

\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{\protect\numberline{}Cover}

\newsavebox{\titleadd}

\sbox{\titleadd}{\Huge \bf V2.2 Getting Started}

If anyone has an idea on how to fix this let me or Ray know.

Thanks
John
