I'm just a newbee to all this so take my thoughts with that in mind. I still can't get LyX to properly make an index in the pdf's and have the links go to the correct spot. On the other hand the pdf's do look good, however the html's look kinda plain to me. Also LyX is a pia when copying from one thing to another and in some cases it refuses to paste. Other than that I have become accustomed to using it. I remain with an open mind on this... and are willing to test some of the alternates...
