Summary: motion.spindle-speed-out is negative with M4

Initial Comment:
When you issue a S250 M3 for example motion.spindle-speed-out is 250 but when
you issue a S250 M4 motion.spindle-speed-out is -250. motion.spindle-forward
and motion.spindle-reverse should suffice to control direction of rotation. The
speed should be 0 to whatever in rpms without trying to imply direction IMHO. I
discovered this while trying to use the gs2_vfd driver.
