When you setup your "Driver type" in the "Machine Configurations Page" and choose Sherline you get wrong settings for the stepper motors. The "Step Time" and "Step Space" should be inverted. They want "Step Time" to be 1000, but it should be 6000. "Step Space" is 6000 but it should be 1000. Swapping these two values fixes the problem.
