Yay new drivers!
You have to add your driver to both src/Makefile.inc and src/Makefile.
In Makefile.inc, define a new variable with a name that associates it
with your driver, for example "CONFIG_USDPCIXE", and assign it the value
"m".
In Makefile, list the object files you want to be made, and how to make
them. There are plenty of examples there of how to do it, just beware
that the makefile is set up for a two-stage building of modules: first
you list the loadable objects that will be insmodded for your driver,
then you lists the compiled objects that will be linked together to form
your loadable driver. The existing examples in there should make it clear.
