These patches add facilities for convenient rapid jogging to Axis. Rapid jogging will be accessible through a GUI button or the Keyboard shift key.
This is to avoid the need to shift the feed-rate slider for rapid movement. This is useful, if manual jogging is used for very simple milling tasks. So the feed-rate slider is put at the desired feed rate and the jog buttons can be used for milling. The rapid buttons can be used for rapid movements without requiring to change the feedrate. I use these patches on my mill. Feel free to consider putting them into the Axis trunk in original or modified form.
