I see parts of the original PD EMC interpreter, plus a trajectory
planner that is like neither EMC or EMC2's, plus lots of other stuff
that has nothing to do with EMC2.

It looks to me like a combination of PD EMC code, and a bunch of
original work.

I do see 3D_chips_2.ngc which says something about GPL in a comment:

N05 ( This program is copyright of Rab Gordon, Gary Drew, and Paul Corner.)
N10 ( It is released here under a GPL without warranty to do with as you may.)

Since a gcode file is its own source (?) I don't see how this can be
any violation.  It is an odd license statement and the "do with as you
may" seems to grant additional privileges and sure makes it hard to
fault anyone for anything.

I don't see a problem here (yay).
