I don't personally know of any software like that, but check out the 
list of CAM software on the emc2 wiki:

I've started playing with HeeksCAD/HeeksCNC, it's open-source cad/cam 
with a pretty active community.  I think it's mill-oriented at this time 
(rather than lathe), but it might be a useful place for you to start.
