Summary: hal can be tool clever for emccalib

emccalib can't handle the pin name being the result of inifile substitution.
In hm2_servo this leads to a traceback like the following (reported on irc by
rob__):

while executing

As a workaround, rob__ replaced each instance of [HOSTMOT2](BOARD) with 5i20
