Summary: G98 retract behaves unexpectedly

Initial Comment:
This will typically only be seen in MDI, or in a program where there is an
immediate G98-mode canned-cycle.
G98 retract is to the destination of the last G1 or G0 move, not the position
of the axis at the start of the cycle.
This can be demonstrated by issuing a G0 then a G98 G81, then jogging to a new
Z and repeating the G98 G81. The retract will be to the initial Z, not the
jogged-to Z.

This has been demonstrated in v2.5.0-pre1-556-g219ba2d

Curiously, the first jog after machine start does register as a retract
position, but not a second jig after a G98 G81.
