I mean, I think that there should be a "Hal Realtime Components" link
that takes you to a page with links to each realtime component, rather
than linking them all directly from the main index. Similary for the
userspace hal components and the APIs.
This is partly because I would like to be able to give out a link on
the forums, rather than "<linky-link> (Look halfway down the page)"
