I have witnessed on many occasions on several of our own machines and
from many of our customers what would appear to be a dropping of the P
parameter on G64 causing rounded corners on all corners, except the
corner at the start and stop point.

This happens at some point on a new install using the latest version of
the 10.04 iso. It doesn't happen right away. But it happens even when
G64 was never previously set. If I recall, its almost like G64 P(some
very small number such as .001) is the default behaviour on a fresh
install, and then it somehow loses the P parameter causing the path to
deviate from the programmed point by a good .25" or so.

Also, it never seems to happen in the middle of a run, so it must be
happening only when loading a new file.

The simple fix is to place a G64 P.001 in every file. But I thought
maybe you guys would like to know. And I'm certainly not familiar enough
with the source code to even know where to begin looking for it myself.
