The Debian Wheezy armhf port (same as used for the RPi) is available for these boards, although the kernel that comes in the example image-builder[1] seems to shut down on me after heavy use (like installing lots of packages required to build LinuxCNC). With an appropriate kernel, the Debian code and repositories should work fine, but I have yet to prove that in practice. This is one of the reasons I like Debian...it runs on (and has pre-built packages for) more CPU flavors than any other Linux distribution I'm aware of.
