No. There is not yet a version of RTAI for the kernel in Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise). You can run the RTAI kernel from Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid) on Ubuntu 12.04, but of course you won't get the hardware support that's in the newer 12.04 kernel.
