Hi Chris,

Trying to look from the eyes of a newbie right off the bat I run into
confusion. The pop up descriptions for the action widgets don't match
the names. The pop up descriptions say EMC ... and the names start with
hal_. I was clever enough to guess the right ones. I would change them
but I've not been very successful with glade widgets yet. I think the
names are in an .xml file somewhere but I can't find it right off.

Do you have to run autogen, configure and make before you create the gui?

Running from the terminal I get a ton of errors from glade about missing
icons and some critical errors about gtksourceview-2.0. Do we just need
some icons in lib/python/gladevcp for each widget?
