I thought some of you guys might be into autonomous vehicles. Does anyone have any experience with the PixHawk controller?

Not a small one, but a 3000lb - 4wd vehicle. The vehicle needs to drive from waypoint to waypoint and stop at each one. It doesn't seem like a good fit to me. Opinions?? Do you know of a better solution that we can start with? LinuxCNC could likely be adapted but it would be a lot of work.
