OK, I found an ancient irc log where somebody had the same
problem,
and psha diagnosed it as being an extra copy of camunits
installed
in /usr/local/lib and advises to delete that. I did the
same, and
now I'm back to the previous error,
** (camview-emc-float.py:31224): WARNING **: unit_control.c:
enum [standard] value [0] is disabled
parse error?
Unable to instantiate [util.crop]
===
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "./camview-emc-float.py", line 354, in <module>
view = EmcView(options)
File "./camview-emc-float.py", line 88, in __init__
w.load_from_str(open(options.chain).read())
RuntimeError: Unable to instantiate [util.crop]
This is getting pretty frustrating. I think this thing does
a lot more
than zoom, I think it does machine vision and tries to
perform the
touchoff operation directly from the camera image. while quite
inventive, it is way more than I really wanted to do with
this system.
If I could just get the plain camview-emc image zoomed, I'd
be happy!
Thanks,
Jon
