So far, this is only about offsets (what we used to call "tool length offset" back when it was only in Z), not diameter. Hmmm... but there is a parallel idea, G42 G42.2 D100 G42.2 D101 G1 [entry move here] I don't really like how clumsy that is. Sometimes I wish we could specify multiple words with the same letter, like G42 D1 D100 D101. Some controls let you do that (my BOSS8 used it a lot with canned cycles), but not ours.
