(1)what're the main steps to transform from the position offset to pulses? (2)what's the main effect of make_pulse() , update_freq() and update_pos()? (3)can anyone explain the meaning of Line748:(accum_a-(1<< (PICKOFF-1))) Can anyone help me ?
