It is likely to be more than that, as there will need to be changes to interp_check.cc to accept a Q parameter at the very least. It might also not be appropriate in the proposal to specify file names to be changed. I don't know as I haven't seen one before. On a point of style you should probably choose a consistent way to spell "G-code" and "LinuxCNC".
