Hello,
I think that it would really be handy to have more options for the MUX
modules. Specifically, all of the MUX modules are using binary (or Gray) to
select the input. I have a situation where I have a int that I want to use
to select an input, and it just seems messy to convert to binary when the
module could handle that. I have two ideas, and I thought that I would run
this by everyone for an opinion.
1) I will patch the existing modules so that there is a mode that selects
the binary or int input.
2) I will create a whole new mux module that is more flexible in that it
will allow a N amount of instances of N amount of inputs with a choice of
modes when it is loaded.
Now that I am writing this, option 2 seems like the clear winner, but I
just wanted to get everyone's thoughts.
