Is there a neat way to have the system remember which tool is in the spindle? In the case of a random toolchanger the tool-in-spindle will be in pocket 0 in the tool table when that is saved, but that comes with a great deal of unwanted behaviour if the tool changer is non-random.
Adding 5400 to the vars file feels like it should work, or at least help, but that seems to be re-initialised to zero. Maybe it shouldn't be? As a supplementary question, how should a multi-spindle patch assign tool numbers to parameters? -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1916 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Attend Shape: An AT&T Tech Expo July 15-16.
