I have another potential use for that. The possibility of using the touch, along with the button to activate it, as a machine jogging device would appear to be a possible use. Draw arrows, then process the touch to see if its on the arrow, driving slow if near the origin, and fast if near the tip of an arrow. If the interface is spi, only the socket adapters would be needed to make one of them work on my 11x36 Sheldon. Humm. Shouldn't even need the arduino if a 7i90 interface is being used as I have around 35 pins unused despite the hand dials used now. <http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-4-TFT-LCD-Display-Shield-Touch-Panel-ILI934 1-240X320-for-Arduino-UNO-MEGA/192163706724?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26al go%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D41375%26meid%3De646d71cc57e467a97141f670 a75c8f9%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D8%26mehot%3Dpp%26sd%3D192163706 724&_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042> <http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-4-TFT-LCD-Display-Shield-Touch-Panel-ILI934 1-240X320-for-Arduino-UNO-MEGA/192163706724?_trkparms=aid=111001&algo=R EC.SEED&ao=1&asc=41375&meid=4bd683138c46436b9e7f250d00300131&pid=100033 &rk=3&rkt=8&mehot=pp&sd=162640966748&_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042> > > It would make for a pretty cool badge programming possibilities. > > - Ed > > > On Aug 29, 2017, at 7:17 PM, RETRO Innovations > > <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > On 8/29/2017 4:02 PM, Salvador Garcia via Coco wrote: > >> My first question would be: Would the badge have to use vintage > >> components? > > > > I think the badge should use a 6809, but I'd vote the rest be newer > > parts. > > > > A small RAM, small flash rom, small mem mapper could fit "under" the > > CPU. > > > > Like so: > > > > https://s6.postimg.org/6l0oq3o01/09badge.png > > > > With an LCD screen for output.
