Hi Gene,

Your problem might be related to the fact that the interpreter reads ahead
of the "executor." So, in theory, you can run through the loop multiple
times while nothing has actually been executed. (In your case, something
HAS clearly been executed -- otherwise you couldn't error out.)

I haven't figured out the actual details of what might be happening, though.
