As I said on IRC, I added the rtai lxrt support to uspace realtime to
check off a checkbox item, but I have never intended to publicize it as
a "please expect this configuration to work 100%".  I didn't expect
anybody to end up with it accidentally, either.

If nobody is interested in maintaining it (I'm not), I suggest to remove
the rtai (and xenomai) "support" of uspace realtime, or hide it behind a
stronger configure argument to request an unsable and unsupported
configuration. (--with-plentiful-kernel-oopses, maybe)

That will lead to users in this situation not getting realtime until
they change their configure arguments, but hopefully they won't get
crashes either.

(the uspace rtai has never been in a released linuxcnc version so
technically pulling the feature isn't a regression)
