Hi Andy,

There are a few that I've been sitting on for a while that should really be
fixed pre-release:

   - 639 <https://github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/issues/> - unexpected
   motion after abort during threading
   - 546 <https://github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/issues/546> - acceleration
   violations

As with most of the other issues assigned to me, I have fixes sitting in
another branch, but it's mixed in with some other stuff that's more
experimental. I need to take a long evening or weekend and isolate just the
fixes for merging.
