That brings up an interesting train of thought Jon, because it seems to 
me this "arc" could be auto-calculated if the end points are known, but 
its two different solutions dependent on the diameter of the tool 
mounted.

I will say this: I personally haven't actually succeeded in makeing 
tool.tbl values ever do what I need and have wound up many times, 
particularly in the tool diameter dept, actually doing that math in my 
gcode.  TLO comp, if important, has always been a measure it dynamically 
proposition and adjust the tool with the resultant argument, or diddle 
the co-ord system in use if I want it right. My fault? Possibly, but the 
present system is for sure unwieldly enough to run me off.  If I do such 
in _my_ gcode, I can at least be assured its the same everytime I run 
that code, and the code is very easy to follow. And by now, something 
like 15 years later, I am used to DIY.
