The main page comes up, the linked pages there get the 404.
It looks like the links don't work (I see no reason for those to be
links at all, that is Github being too clever)

Yes, this works on my system, and the documents give a
mixture of English and Chinese text.
Of course, I can't read the Chinese, but it does display.
