There are some active User Interface developers on the Forum, it might
be worth looking there ("Other user interfaces")
The other option is to hire a generic UI programmer and have them
study the documentation.
It might be the case that all you need is mild customisation, and in
that case Gscreen, QTPvcp or QtPyVCp might be the answer.
