Very interesting reading, TomP. It sounds like the method of deposition doesn't lend itself well to the hot nozzle melting plastic medium mode, so I wonder when heads for our printers using this new tech will become available, and of course at what price point. If the conversion stuff is priced similar to laser engraver conversion stuff, its going to be close to a non-starter. Similarly, for grahite loaded filaments now flooding the market, this brings up the question of what effect does deposition speed have on the usual $55 roll of carbon laden PETG?
