Just so you at least hear a voice...

I hear what you are saying, I remember this has come up before but we never did
get another build bot up and running that I know of. Single point of failure.

I'm sorry I can't help you. Is there other options for the future that you know
of?

Is there any complete documentation of the process of releasing, so others
could try to understand?

Well, this comes back to a question I asked some time ago (which did not
get a single reply (30th Oct 18:15 GMT timestamp)). What _should_ we be
releasing 2.9 on?

Currently the LinuxCNC buildbot only builds for Buster- and the Debian
system is doing Bookworm+

I have no control over the LinuxCNC buildbot and Seb (who does) has said
nothing on the question.

Basically the buildbot is integral to our current release process, and I
have no idea what is going on or what the plan is.

This is not a tenable position for a co-opted release manager to be in.

I can't do this by myself.
