I mistakenly tried to use scripts/runtests with .hal files requiring DISPLAY
That breaks build , so I removed tests/pyvcp-bar ( git rm ...)
Now, *linuxcnc-barwidgets
<https://github.com/tjtr33/linuxcnc-barwidgets> * branch should not fail
build due to tests/pyvcp-bar
