Hello,

You may recall a desparate call for ideas from a few days ago whilst I failed
to build the Ukrainian documentation. I now got some intermediary success by
stating (in the regular weblate entry) that the language would be "en", not
"uk". This likely has a few effects that are not wanted, but at least it now
builds and it nonetheless seems to look "uk" :-) . From what I think to have
understood, declaring the language as "uk" triggers some babel extensions and
at some point those clash with whatever the asciidoc converter generates.

There is now a https://linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/html/uk/ and the UK.PDFs are
next to the other languages' on https://linuxcnc.org/docs/devel/pdf/. So, I am
mostly confident my journey ends somewhere here.

So, @UK -translators, well done!

Also many thanks go to Andy and his investigations on errors reported by the
buildbot that interfered with copying documentation to the websites.

Steffen
