Do I edit the Makefile
Yes, you need to edit the makefile, following the pattern here:
https://github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/blob/master/src/Makefile#L784

Thnaks Andy

I did edit  the Makefile

also the Submakefile in the immediate directory. The 1st lin of that file is a list of puthon files

Then it was suggested to chg the SEDM to sedm,\Thats been done,

amd make clean ,make, sudo make setuid and ran fine here, no errs.

Then I saw I hd put a file into the tree that the build would miss. It was a file of constants.

I moived those 'declares' into the head od the comp file.

The 'declare/.h.inc.heafders file no lobger exists

amd make clean ,make, sudo make setuid and ran fine here, no errs.

so I

pushed and  made a PR  and got

errors ~building pkgs for arch Ubunto...arm54

I have no clue how i am involved in tose test failures.

Thanks

Tomp
