I have previously contacted the Institute of Telecommunications, (Mr. Tomasz Niewodniczanski) & they referred me to Adam Borowski, who is directly involved with ITE standards & development @ the "Laboratory of Type Approvals" in Warsaw. Their standard dates from 1993 & is under development @ this time. Please call Adam @ 48 22 128325 or his secretary @ 128323, fax: 128146 for the latest updates.
