Text item: The latest edition of IEC 825-1 includes LED's and Lasers. LED classification and power output are stipulated there.
[email protected] Hello, Are any of you out there aware of regulations limiting the maximum power output of LEDs incident on the skin at high frequency pulse rates? I have heard a rumor of a 20mW upper limit, but have been unable to confirm it. I would greatly appreciate if anyone who can point me in the right direction for an answer. Thanks!
