You can check the last version of any IEC standard in the WEB: http://www.iec.ch/seafre-e.htm Unfortunately, I do not know any place for EN standard except in the CENELEC catalogue. EN 60065 is almost indentical to (IEC 65 (1985)+ A1 + A2 + A3)
