I had posted a Polish requirements query a few months back and the general concensus was that the EMC testing must be from a PCBC accredited EMC lab. Ask the PCBC for official clarification of their acceptance of test labs outside of Poland. I know of no Polish accepted lab in the US. Also, in a letter I recently received from the PCBC, they stated that the Polish Radiocommunications Agency was the EMC authority in Poland.
