Table 3 in EN 61000-3-2 gives us two limits to satisfy with, one is
maximum permissible harmonic current per watt (mA/w), the other
maximum permissible harmonic current (A). The power limit for Class D
equipment is 600W so that you always have to meet the maximum 
permissible harmonic current per watt limits. In other words, there
is no such case that the EUT meet the per watt limits but not the
maximum current limits. What's the purpose to have  seperate limits
for Class D equipment? Or do I miss something or have the wrong
concepts? TIA
