EN 41003 is a safety standard for equipment to be connected to the telecom network. The very same requirements are now included in clause 6 of EN 60950 (=IEC 950). EN 41003 has been modified since its first edition in a way that it does not spell out its own requirements, but points to the applicable clauses in EN 60950.
