Hello Fred, it would help to get some more details: like what power are these power supplies using. If it's low enough maybe they are exempt.
Also, what type of waveshape do you have? Can you avoid the class D? Several months ago there was some discussion here on ways to "cheat" on the harmonics requiremnts.
