Hi To All: Rich makes quite a good point here. I learned through the school of hard knocks to do what he reminds us to do. If ever there is a question, ask to see it in writing. A good cert. engineer will either produce it or learn from not being able to. A good compliance engineer will either learn from what is produced or keep from having to do something that is not really required.Either way everyone is better off.
By the way, my experiences with wire marking happened quite a long time ago. I thought the issue was a done deal and so was surprised to learn something wasn't what it seemed. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.
