1. What would be required (by UL and CSA) from components (capacitors, resistors) bridging BASIC INSULATION? Should they be "high integrity" even though if they fail (single fault) there's still grounding of accessible parts to protect the operator. 2. Which components would typically have to be "high integrity" and how can they be proven such (e.g. conform to some UL standard, pass a test?) 3.
