Per Resolution 92, Argentina was scheduled to require a Conformity-to-Type Certificate for electronic apparatus effective 18 June, 1999. The problem, of course, was that when the resolution was published they did not have the infrastructure nor MRAs in place to accomplish this task. Has anyone heard of any change in their capabilities to test, MRAs with other agencies, or a change in the date?
