BSI World Electricity Supplies quotes +/-10% for overhead cable and
+/-7% for underground cables for 220V in Argentina.
For the US, there are tolerances quoted for some cities.
Worst is +/-10% for Pittsburgh for "power" as opposed to "lighting".
