        It looks like you ask first and read the standards later...  The
least you could do is either provide a summary of what you understand to be
the requirement in a standard and ask a question about it or state that
you've found none and look for someone's experience in the wallowing sea of
reguatory affairs...  unless, of course, you'd like some consultant to take
the time to review the standards for you and provide the answer...  for an
appropriate fee, of course...  contact me privately, if you're
interested...
