AMERICAN POWER CONVERSION, the leading manufacturer of UPS's and
various surge protection products located Billerica, MA, is seeking an
Engineer or Senior Product
Safety Engineer. Duties to include: product safety testing of UPS
products; write technical
reports for regulatory agencies; review products for compliance to UL, CSA,
VDE,
TUV, and other agencies as required. The safety standards include: UL 1778,
1950,
CSA 107.1, 0.4, IEC 60950, and EN 50091. EMC experience a plus.
