The United States territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Marianas Islands and the U. S. Virgin Islands should all accept UL 1950 and FCC Part 15. The telecom requirements will fall under FCC Part 68. In general, you can assume that the regulatory requirements of U. S. territories are the same as for the United States. However, there may be some minor variations in local electrical codes.

I assume safety is either CB report or UL1950 (we have both). EMC is either FCC Part 15 or European EMC Directive (we have both). But.......what are the telecom requirements. Is it FCC Part 68? As always the group's help will be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards Tony Reynolds Principal Compliance Engineer Pitney Bowes Ltd The Pinnacles Harlow Essex. CM19 5BD.
